I have the dvd with the blue cover and I love it. I do it at least once a week. I love that there are options to personalize the workout depending on how long you have!
I can't wait to 'need' to order baby bells!
Thanks so much!!!

Hi Lauren!
I own UBSC Vol 1 (and have ordered Vol 2) and love it! I started out using this dvd and then fell pregnant!

As I didn't want to give up my kettlebells during pregnancy I also bought BabyBells which I used throughout my pregnancy. Both Dvd's are fantastic! Easy to follow and very motivating.

I also recently ordered UBSC Vol #2 and unfortunately had trouble paying online. I sent an email to your husband Ben and within half an hour I received a response (BTW I live in Australia) Ben's prompt response allowed me to sort out the payment issue within an hour - how awesome is that!

Keep up the fantastic work and I look forward to your next Dvd!

How often should you work out with kettlebells in a week? Would 3 KB workouts/days plus 2 days of cardio be good?

Hi Lauren,

I have both your UBSC Vol1 & 2. Am eagerly awaiting your new release.
By the way your Holiday workout posted on your blog 24th Nov - has been a real life saver as I've been time poor lately!!
Really enjoy the combination of jump ropes with kettlebells!

All the best for the holiday season and 2011!

Thanks everyone for the great feedback! Be sure to email Ben@ontheedgefitnessstore.com with your name so we can keep track.

Kristen, Kettlebells can be used almost every day if you'd like. It all depends on what type of program you are on, goals, and fitness level. What you listed sounds good. Again, it all depends on the program design and your level. If you have any other questions feel free to email me at Lauren@socaltrainer.com.

Hi
I'm new to kettlebells and discovered your videos on YouTube. I also love the TRX so I can't wait for the DVD and am enjoying the blog as well.

Lauren,

Your DVDs have changed my body, especially my legs! I used to have the hardest time finding jeans that fit over my thighs, so I just gave up wearing them. This year, for the first time in years, I went jean shopping and found two pairs of jeans that fit! And, I didn't even have to spend all day in a dressing room trying on 1000 pairs.

I used to be afraid of "bulking up" if I used heavy weight, but the exact opposite happened using your DVDs. My legs, which used to be my trouble area, have slimmed down and now have great definition. I just love what you and your DVDs have done for me. I'm eagerly anticipating your next DVD!

What Doctor's don't tell you after a C-section

I have now been through 2 C-sections since writing this blog post and thankfully I've recovered beautifully from both with the appropriate progressions. For those who are new and are just finding me. WELCOME! First let me say I did NOT want a C-section. I did everything in my power to avoid the first and even the second. I'm a kettlebell fitness strength and conditioning coach who relies on her body to share, teach, educate, and I was under the impression that having to give birth via C-section would and could destroy my body and career. Boy was I wrong! If you're feeing the same way, start by reading this article I wrote many years ago that still applies today! Many people have asked and here is part of my experience.  I don't claim to be a medical expert but not only have I successfully healed my C-section, my abdominals are no longer numb, and I've successfully helped others who've had multiple C-sections (even some 20 years ago) find their core aga...
