THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm overwhelmed by all the love I've received from my friends, students and distant students, from all over the world.. For those who aren't on facebook or instagram you can read about my little story and experience here. The good news is the pain isn't nearly as bad as I expected and I'm able to get around while still doing the important things, like make my own coffee and butter my toast.
Although I can't practice my beloved Get Ups, Push-ups, Pull-ups or even carry my puppies for a few weeks, my spirits are up, thanks to you!
Now let's get down to the important stuff. My incredible members of the Playground have been waiting patiently for a program that is focused mostly on the rump, the tush, the fanny, you get the idea. I wanted to make it perfect so I spent the last 72 hours editing the follow along workout videos that we filmed last week, in addition to making sure the downloadable PDF is simple and user friendly.

The lovely members in the playground helped me come up with some of the names of the workouts. I had a lot of fun making this and quite a few laughs along the way. What's the point if you can't have a bit of fun and a chuckle now and again? Boy did my fanny feel sore for days and days after these workouts. In a good way of course.
