Push, Pull, Swing Challenge 2024

Due to the dire need of smoothing out snatches since I'm seeing sloppy snatches every where, I feel it's my duty to spread the word of how to do smooth and safe snatches! Who agrees? I usually charge a nice fee for these types of workshops, however, we need this so badly, that I'm going to offer this 30 min MINI SMOOTH YOUR SNATCH out mini class for FREE .
