Real Talk - Transformations with Kettlebells and Community - Weight Gain after an Eating Disorder

This is the first time I’ve ever shared a story of someone who suffered from an eating disorder and was proud of their weight gain.  This story was shared with me yesterday by a member who lives in Sweden. I asked if I could share her story. She was so kind to say yes.  It brought tears to my eyes. This openness and change, is what Lauren’s Playground is all about.  This is what community and Kettlebell training can do. It can bring your body to where it needs to be! Your mind and soul!  Doors close tomorrow and your price will always stay at the lower rate you join. We won’t open until Fall. Would LOVE to show you the way it’s done so you can have the same success as both our members and myself!  Sign up  here
