Well last night I bumped in to my new plyometric box and broke my toe! I knew right away it was broken. I saw stars for a moment. I thought maybe 3 of them were crushed, but the X-ray confirmed only one.
With that being said, I will have to modify my workouts tremendously. Kind of bummed since I was just starting to enjoy my freedom again.
I believe the saying, "What doesn't kill you will only make you stronger". Maybe some how I will end up stronger with this little bump in the road.

I broke two of my toes...you'll be able to walk in about 5 days....I taped the ones broken to ones not broken, ice it when you are sitting...and you'll be able to pistol in about 13 weeks. I was back running after 2 weeks.....only thing I noticed is that the toes I broke...don't quite flatten out as the ones I didn't broke..my flip flops were my best friends :)
happy healing. Regina
Yeah it isn't as bad as I thought it would be. I went for a 45 minute walk today while pushing the stroller. It was a little sore afterwards.
This is nothing compared to when I broke my foot and had to be on crutches. Thank god!
Cute pics yesterday!
That sucks! I hope it heals ultra fast! Take tons of essential fats (fish oil, flax oil) and some systemic enzymes to aid the healing process. According to the experts, WOBENZYME is an excellent product for systemic enzymes.
Thanks for the tip. I'll definitely have to try that. I'm taking the Flaxseed oil but I may have to add some fish oil as well. Luckily I am still able to walk around and do lots of kettlebell swings.
I hope that you get bettter soon.
