28kg is pretty impressive for a get up. I've been doing these for a while to train for jiu jitsu and I don't know a lot of people who can do it :)

Yup, as Sam says 28kg is very impressive. Any idea why that's called a Turkish get up? Would love to know where the name came from!

Great post :) Speed adjustment is a basic and important feature on treadmills. Incline adjustment capability is another commonly found feature in treadmills, and it allows you to lift the tread belt to different heights.
