I just came across your page, I am in London UK, and was just contemplating how I am gonna live without regular sessions with my trainer who has moved far away!
:( He has introduced me to a whole new fitness world and although doing well, I have some way to go. I think Kettlebells have made all the difference in my work-out and I am ordering some right now, so i can continue what he has taught me.
