I know that this is greatly overrated in the fitness world but isn`t it difficult to get enough on a vegan diet? And what do you do to keep Omega 3/Omega 6 fatty acids balanced as the body cannot convert the Omega 3 fatty acids from plant sources (flax or hemp oil) very well?
