It reaffirms the swing I've...Love this, Lauren! It reaffirms the swing I've been doing for some time, especially the head position. I really like the comments regarding the toes--much more stable. Also helpful are the comments about intensity--that's what's so cool about kettlebells, that you can "dial up" the intensity depending on your goals for the session.
